If you want to provide your Helpers with instructions for the Helper section, you no longer need to write them yourself. We have taken care of that for you. In our documentation, under "Helper section", you will find the article "For Helpers" along with several related articles. We have documented everything that might be relevant to Helpers, including screenshots in some cases. Together with our tutorial for Helpers, this means Helpers can now find the information they need themselves whenever questions arise.
You will also find answers to any questions that Teamadmins might have in our documentation, so it is well worth a look.
