Yes, Helpers can take on their Tasks themselves.
Yes, Helpers register once so that they can take on Tasks. In principle, a surname, first name and email address are all that is required.
Administrators can add Helpers and assign them to Tasks at any time.
When taking on a Task, Helpers automatically receive a confirmation email containing all the key details of the Task. A reminder is also sent shortly before the Task.
