All assignments are listed in your helperportal. Here, your members can easily sign up for their desired assignments. Independent selection increases acceptance.
Some organisations require a certain number of assignments to be completed. Other organisations increase the membership fee and give members the opportunity to work it off. VOLAGIC supports both approaches. The app shows you exactly who needs to help how much and how each individual assignment is remunerated.
Want to know who has completed how many assignments or how many assignments are still open? No problem with VOLAGIC. Thanks to our software's intelligent controlling, you always have an overview of open assignments and the number of hours your helpers have worked. This guarantees smooth planning.
You can easily import your helpers' data from an Excel file. Alternatively, you can import your data from databases such as Webling.
At the end of the season, you can export various reports to quickly and efficiently settle accounts. These reports answer questions such as who helped how often or who was unable to meet their target.
