VOLAGIC is perfectly suited for organising large events that require many Helpers!

Many large events are only possible thanks to the (voluntary) commitment of numerous Helpers. Music festivals, neighbourhood parties, cultural exhibitions, and more can all be excellently organised with VOLAGIC!

Useful features

The following VOLAGIC features are particularly helpful for organising large events:

T-shirt sizes

During Helper registration, you can directly ask for each Helper’s T-shirt size. This way, you know in advance how many Helper shirts you need in each size.

Helper notes

For recurring annual events, it’s very useful to save comments about Helpers. Was someone good at the bar? Is a Helper suitable for taking on more responsibility? How motivated was someone? If you save this information on the Helper’s profile, you’ll know exactly who to assign to which Tasks next year!

Helper rewards

With VOLAGIC, you can track how much each Helper contributes. If you want to reward your Helpers based on their efforts, VOLAGIC makes it easy. With just one click, you can generate a report listing the number of hours each Helper has worked. It’s also no problem if different clubs support your event with their Helpers. In this case, you can record the clubs as groups. Each Helper can then assign themselves to a group, and you can evaluate at any time how much each club has helped.
