1. Guides and video tutorials

We believe that an app should, more or less, be self-explanatory. Achieving this isn’t always easy. But rather than writing a boring manual, we’ve made numerous screencasts available for you in the support section. A screencast is a video in which we explain step-by-step how to set up and use VOLAGIC.

On our instructions page, you’ll find a quick guide to setting up the app, as well as a quick-start video. There’s also detailed information on many different features.

On our blog, we don’t just showcase the latest features. We also provide useful, detailed tips. So it’s well worth keeping an eye on the blog. That’s why we display the three most recent blog posts directly in the admin panel under ‘Updates & Features’. Currently, these are:

In the admin panel, you’ll find a blue circle with a question mark in the top right-hand corner in many places. There you’ll find blog posts and videos on the relevant topics. Have a look around and see what information is linked to which sections!
