You don’t need a manual to use VOLAGIC. However, as a little help is always welcome, you’ll find detailed instructions and video tutorials (in german) for the tool here.

The 6 starting steps

1. Define Jobs

Define the Jobs your Helpers can take on. Jobs are specific types of Tasks that you repeatedly need for your Events.

2. Set Places

You can also define Places where your Events take place.

3. Start Events

Once everything is prepared, you are ready to record your Events.

4. Create groups

Now set up your Helper groups. Groups make sense if you want to assign Tasks to specific groups.

5. Set up the organisation

Check that your organisation is configured according to your needs.

6. Add Helpers

If you wish, you can manually record Helpers or import them from your club software.
