For Clubs
Whether it’s a championship, club anniversary, or many small Tasks spread throughout the year—clubs have a lot of work to do. How can it be made easier? With VOLAGIC!
Clubs have plenty to organise: tournaments, flea markets, village festivals, or other club events... Many clubs quickly accumulate numerous Tasks. For each individual Task, a Helper must be found. Unfortunately, it often happens that a few people do most of the work. This is not only unfair but also counterproductive! Sooner or later, these loyal Helpers may no longer be able or willing to continue.
A much more sustainable approach is to distribute the workload across many shoulders. When everyone helps, the burden on each individual is lighter. Additionally, shared commitment strengthens the sense of community within the club. Members get to know each other better, and the club grows closer together.
To encourage this, target values can be defined per member category or team. Most people can easily manage 8 hours of club work spread over the year. It’s important to also define measures for cases where the target is not met.
How VOLAGIC Supports You
With VOLAGIC, you have a powerful tool to record all possible Jobs in your club. Your members can independently select suitable Helper Tasks on the platform. At any time, you have a complete overview of how many Helper Tasks you still need to assign.
Additionally, you can specify for each group how many Helper Tasks group members must complete. Whether teams, member categories, or other criteria, you design the groups to fit your needs. You can always see who hasn’t yet fulfilled their Helper Tasks. Optionally, group members can see who in their group has completed their Tasks and who hasn’t. This way, "lazy" club members can’t hide. At the end of the club year or season, you can export the report with one click to immediately see who hasn’t met their target.
More Useful Features
Blocked Dates
With blocked dates, you can enter dates for groups on which members cannot take on Tasks. This makes sense, for example, for active teams competing in a championship. By entering blocked dates for the teams, you prevent overlaps between Task days and match days.
Automatically Assign Tasks
Some clubs require their members to register for Helper Tasks by a specific date before the season. After this date, the club assigns Tasks to the members. With VOLAGIC, this happens automatically. For each Event, there is an option to "automatically assign Tasks". If you select it, VOLAGIC automatically finds the people who best fit the Task and are furthest from reaching their target value.
