Overview

After logging in, you will first see the Overview. Here you can get a quick overview of your organisation.

Supply and demand

At the top of the Overview, you will find a bar chart showing how many hours/Tasks/points, etc. you have assigned and planned. The figures are calculated using the unit you defined under "Organisation" – "Events & Tasks".

If you use Target values, you will see a third bar. In relation to your planned Tasks, this shows the total number of hours/Tasks, etc. that your Helpers need to complete. This allows you to see whether your planning adds up or whether you will need Helpers to volunteer for additional work.

Current Events

Next, you will see an overview of your upcoming Events. This list shows the Event name and the current booking status, and allows you to go directly to the Event details. The options are the same as in the Events overview.

Activity

All actions that take place within the tool are logged here. For each action, you can see what it relates to, what happened, where and when it took place, and who carried it out. If it concerns an Event, you can also see which Event it relates to. This gives you an immediate overview of recent activity whenever you log in. The log spans several pages, which you can navigate through. However, if you are looking for something specific, we recommend exporting the "Log entries" Report directly, as it provides a clearer overview.
