Quick start
Would you like to work with VOLAGIC? Then you first need to complete the following steps:
Create Jobs
First, you need to create Jobs. Without Jobs, there can be no Events!
Create Events
Once you have created Jobs in the system, you can create Events. Choose an Event type during setup and the system will guide you through the process.
Review Helper section
You have created Jobs and set up an Event. Now review the Helper section to ensure everything looks correct and is clear and easy to understand for Helpers. If not, revise the Event. If everything looks good, you can now share your portal link. You will find it at the top of the administration area under "Helper section".
With these three steps, you can already publish your first Events online, and your Helpers can start registering and signing up. However, we recommend configuring the tool first. Everything you need to do so can be found in this documentation.
