Helpers
Helpers are at the heart of your Event planning. Under the "Helpers" menu, you will find all Helpers.
Helpers – Overview
In the overview, all Helpers are listed alphabetically by name. For each person, you can see:
- Name
- Email address
- Planned Tasks (in Task values)
- OK – completed Tasks for which the Helpers attended
- NOK – Tasks accepted by the Helpers but not attended
- Task value total – Depending on the unit defined as the Task value, this column will have a different name, such as "Tasks", "Hours" or "Points". Here you can see the combined total of planned and completed values, as well as the target if the Helper has a Target value assigned
From here, you can open the detailed view, edit records (unless the Webling interface is active with read-only permissions), delete Helpers, view their log, log in to the Helper section as a Helper, and, with an Expert subscription and active Teamadmin mode, change the Helper status.
At the bottom, you will also find buttons to add Helpers, view the log for all Helpers, use the "Delete all Helpers" option (WARNING: this cannot be undone), and, from the Pro subscription onwards, send an email to all Helpers via the mail centre.
Task value
The actual/target display for Tasks, Hours, etc. always includes ALL Tasks stored in the system, both future and past. If you still have Tasks from a previous season that should no longer be counted, you can reset past Events.
Helpers – Detailed view
In the detailed view of each Helper, you will find the settings section at the top, where all information is listed and can be edited, unless the Webling interface is active with read-only access for VOLAGIC.
In the edit section of the detailed view, if you have activated the "Credit allocation" option under "Organisation" – "Events & Tasks", you can also manage the people to whom the selected person may allocate Tasks.
Below the settings section, you will find an overview of the Helper’s Tasks. These can be edited, approved or deleted here, and you can also view the log of the respective Task.
At the bottom, you will again find the button to log in as the Helper, the button to delete the Helper, and that person's log.
