Organisation

In the "Organisation" menu, you define the basic settings that will be used when working with the tool. For example, you can specify the unit in which Tasks are evaluated or which information you require from Helpers. The settings can be found in the following submenus.

Organisation data

The basic settings of your organisation (billing address, master administrators, subscription adjustments) are managed in APPAGIC, the administration platform for VOLAGIC and Evagic. You will find the link "Manage account in APPAGIC" in the settings overview.

Language settings

VOLAGIC is available in four languages:

  • German
  • French
  • Italian
  • English

You can change the language from the three-dot menu in the top-right corner. The language change applies to both the administration area and the Helper section. All system-generated texts are translated. Content that you create yourself (e.g. Job or Event names, notes, introductory texts in confirmation emails, etc.) is NOT translated. You must provide this content yourself in the respective language.

Tutorials

On every page, you will find a blue question mark in the top-right corner. Clicking it will display all tutorial videos relevant to the current page.

FAQ

Can I change the organisation settings later?

Yes, all settings can be edited or changed at any time. However, for some settings it makes sense to define them correctly from the outset - for example, Helper data or the name and Path of the organisation.

Can I use VOLAGIC in French?

Yes, VOLAGIC is available in four languages: German, French, Italian and English.
