Automatically assign Tasks

VOLAGIC provides the option to assign certain Tasks automatically

Automatic Task assignment only works if the following requirements are met:

• Groups exist in the system and Helpers are assigned to them
• Job Restrictions are defined
• Target values are defined for Groups/Helpers

VOLAGIC is fundamentally designed so that Helpers can independently and voluntarily assign themselves to Tasks. As an administrator, you can assign Helpers to Tasks at any time. Automatic assignment provides a more efficient way of doing this. However, the requirements above must be met so that the system only assigns Helpers who are actually eligible to take on the respective Tasks. Furthermore, this feature cannot be used to "fill" Events - it was not designed for this purpose. Instead, it aims to distribute Tasks evenly among Helpers and ensure that no one is disadvantaged.
