In the Profile tile, you have the following options:

Name of your organisation

The organisation name defined in APPAGIC is displayed here. Any changes must always be made in APPAGIC – the name is only displayed here.

Rules for helping

You can upload a PDF here. All Helpers who register or log in to the Helper section must confirm that they have read it. Without this confirmation, they cannot take on Tasks.

This could include:

• Binding rules for helping
• Terms and conditions
• Information relevant to all Helpers

The document is also displayed in the Helper section and can be viewed again by Helpers at any time. Registration is not possible without accepting it.

IMPORTANT:

You can also upload this document after Helpers have already registered. They will then have to accept it the next time they log in. The only limitation is that people who have registered but do not log in again will NOT be asked by email to accept it. Only those who log in again after the document has been uploaded will be required to accept it.

We therefore recommend uploading the document before the first Helpers access the Helper section.

Expert subscriptions: Organisation logo

Expert subscriptions allow you to upload your own logo. This logo is displayed in the Helper section instead of the VOLAGIC logo. The following file formats are supported:

• PNG
• GIF
• JPG

Expert subscriptions: Primary colour (hexcode)

Expert subscriptions allow you to customise the Helper section with your own colour. The colour must be specified as a hex code. To find this colour code, you can use various online tools, such as the Farbcodewähler. Upload your logo or image there, use the pixel selector to select the area whose colour you want to use, and the tool will provide the corresponding colour code. If you only know the RGB colour code, you can also convert it using online tools such as RGB to HEX.

In the Helper section, the background of the Section selection (if Sections are used), as well as the buttons and Event markers, will then be displayed in your chosen colour.
