Target values

You can set Target values to show your Helpers how much work is expected of them.

Target values indicate how much work needs to be completed. They are always defined using the unit you have specified under "Organisation" – "Events & Tasks". For example, if you have defined hours there, you can use Target values to specify how many hours per year/season/... your Helpers are expected to complete. There are three different types of Target values:

Individual Target values

Individual Target values always have the highest priority. You can assign them directly to Helpers manually, via an import or through an interface. Helpers with an individual Target value will always see this value and their performance will be measured against it. Group target values do not apply to these Helpers.

Target value per Group member

You can define a Target value for each Group that applies to all Group members. For example, if you set the Target value per Group member to 5 hours, each Group member must complete these 5 hours. The Groups overview shows the cumulative Target value – with 5 Group members, this would therefore be 25. Exception: if an individual member has an individual Target value, this overrides the Target value per Group member for that person.

Target value for the entire Group

The third option is a Target value for the Group as a whole. Here, you specify how much the Group needs to complete, regardless of how much each individual member contributes.
