Move Events

Move Events with assigned Helpers to another date

If one of your Events cannot take place on the original date, you can move the entire Event. You can do this from the Events overview or the Event details. Select "Move Event" and choose the new start date.

IMPORTANT: The assigned Helpers are moved with the Event, but are NOT notified. As they signed up for a Task on date X, you cannot assume that they will also be available to help on date Y. As administrators, you are responsible for informing the Helpers about the change of date (for example, via "Email Event").
