Integration

The Helper section can be integrated directly into your website. There are two options available for this.

Integration via IFRAME

VOLAGIC provides an IFRAME that can be embedded in your website code. This is relatively quick and easy to set up, although the design cannot be customised. This option is also suitable if you have created your website using a website builder such as Jimdo, as these often provide an option for embedding an IFRAME.

The IFRAME displays the current Tasks. With an Expert subscription and Sections enabled, you can embed the IFRAME either for all Sections or for individual Sections only.

As soon as Helpers open the details of an Event or Task, they are redirected to the Helper section.

Integration via JSON

Retrieving the data via JSON offers much more flexibility. JSON is a data format that returns ONLY the data, without any design. This has the advantage that you can define the design yourself. However, integration via JSON is more complex and requires programming knowledge.
