Access

Under Access, you add the people who should have access to your administration.

Add Access

Using "Add Access", you can add new people. You will need their first name, surname and email address. The phone number is optional.

An email from APPAGIC is sent to the email address provided, giving the person Access to your organisation. If this email address is not yet registered with APPAGIC as an Access/Admin, an activation email is sent in addition to the Access email. This allows the person to activate their APPAGIC profile and set their password. We recommend informing people that they may receive two emails and need to follow the instructions in both.

Access options

Admin?

Admin status is always enabled by default. If you disable it, the person will still have Access to the administration but will not have editing rights. They can view everything but cannot make any changes.

Email for new registrations?

If this option is enabled, the person automatically receives an email notification whenever someone registers as a Helper in the Helper section.

Receives confirmation emails?

If this option is enabled, a copy of every confirmation email sent is also sent to this Access. The email is marked as "Copy" in the subject line and does not contain any attachments (e.g. information PDFs for Jobs). Otherwise, the content is identical.

Receives reminder emails?

If enabled, one reminder email per Shift is sent to this person as a copy. The subject line is marked with "Copy". The email does not include any Task details; it simply states that the reminder for the Shift mentioned in the email has been sent.

Email when a Task is given up?

This option is only displayed if you allow Helpers to give up Tasks. If this is enabled, you can choose to receive a notification whenever a Helper gives up a Task.

Expert subscription: Restrict account

When creating or editing an Access, you can also restrict it if you have an Expert subscription with Sections enabled. If you activate this option, all the Sections you have created are displayed and you can select the relevant ones. As a result, this Access will only have access to the selected Sections. The organisation settings, APPAGIC and any Sections that have not been selected cannot be edited or are not displayed at all. This also applies if you select all Sections.

Log

All activities, such as creating or editing Access, are displayed in the log. This allows you to see who did what and when.

Delete Access

You can delete Access individually via the three-dot menu or delete several at once by selecting the relevant checkboxes. When an Access is deleted, it is removed from your organisation, but the APPAGIC account itself is not deleted, as it may be linked to several organisations.
IMPORTANT: Deleting Access CANNOT be undone!

APPAGIC admins

Certain Access cannot be edited, restricted or deleted via VOLAGIC. These are admins registered in APPAGIC. They can only be edited or deleted in APPAGIC.
